The invisible braces treatment consists of a set of transparent aligners. Wisdom teeth are a third set of molars in the back of your mouth. They usually come in between the ages of 17 and 25, and they’re spotted on X-rays. Most people have them removed for one of these reasons:
- They’re impacted. Because they’re so far back in your mouth, wisdom teeth may not come in normally. They can be trapped in your jawbone or gums, which can be painful.
- They come in at the wrong angle. They may press against your other teeth.
- Your mouth isn’t big enough. Your jaw has no room for an extra set of molars.
- You have cavities or gum disease. You may not be able to reach your wisdom teeth with your toothbrush or dental floss.

When it comes to tooth-whitening, you’ve got two options:
- In-office-based teeth bleaching
- At-home care.
Both tooth-whitening options we use peroxide-based bleaching agents. At-home systems contain from 3% to 20% peroxide (carbamide or hydrogen peroxides). In-office systems contain from 15% to 43% peroxide.
These bleaches break stains into smaller pieces, which makes the color less concentrated and your teeth brighter.
The procedure does not take much time and may take 2nd visit, depending on the discoloration.
When the tooth is not in salvageable condition, it is advised to get it removed before the tooth incorporates more infection into the bone or other tooth.

Dental veneers can be made from
- Porcelain or
- Resin composite materials.
Porcelain veneers resist stains better than resin veneers. They also better mimic the light-reflecting properties of natural teeth.

Composites And Glass Ionomer Fillings are the tooth colour fillings available. Glass Ionomers have fluoride releasing tendency that reduces the further chances of cavity, but is not much stronger than Composites.
So we at Mahajan Dental Clinic, provide you the sandwich technique which gives you the combination of both the features.
Oral prophylaxis is important for all age groups and should be done every 6-8 months.
In scaling procedure, we use Ultrasonic machine which produces vibrations at a particular frequency in order to remove the Stains and Calculus.
After scaling, we also do polishing of the teeth in order to make teeth smooth and prevent it from any further staining.
When you think of dentures, you may picture a full set of upper and lower teeth, complete with pink gums… sitting in a glass full of water on the bedside table. But did you know that the word “dentures” is actually used to refer to several different types of prosthetic teeth?
For example, there’s the fixed partial denture (commonly called a “bridge”), the removable partial denture, and the removable full denture (the one in the glass). It’s also possible to have a full set of dentures which are securely fixed in the mouth.
